You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund. No restocking fees, no fine print.
Email support@pocketink.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–7 days to display the credit.
If your printer arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
Thermal paper rolls cannot be returned once opened (hygiene reasons). Items damaged by misuse, accident, or modification aren't covered under the standard return policy.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order has likely shipped and will need to be returned once it arrives.
