You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. No restocking fees, no fine print.
Email support@hotfindz.org with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to display the credit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
Items damaged by misuse, accident or modification aren't covered. Hygiene-related items (e.g. opened personal-care products) may not be returnable.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order has likely shipped.
